I truly appreciated how magnificent its customer service was during my stay. They also blessed me with a souvenir while I was at the bar. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with wonderful service and the best smell any hotel lobby has. I love that it is very luxury and it feels very safe considering you can’t access the elevator without a room key card.

I'll always stay here when visiting Charlotte. This was my 2nd time staying here and pretty much both times was great. Clean , friendly staff , breakfast was fine , will stay again. Recently stayed at another Hyatt, which prompted me to book this one. Wonderful experience - clean and spacious rooms for a family of 4 to overnight. Convenient to restaurants and other amenities as well as an onsite restaurant and bar.
